JOHN MARSH
CEO/Founder

John Marsh is a visionary thinking Chief Executive with more than 30 years’ experience. Nationwide Management Services Inc. is a Veteran owned business based in Arizona since 2005. He has developed high quality business strategies and plans to ensure their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Mr. Marsh leads and motivates subordinates to advance employee engagement, develops a high performing managerial team, and oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. He makes high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits, enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics, and reviews financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. Mr. Marsh builds trusting relationships with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders. He analyzes problematic situations and occurrences, provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth, and maintains a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

LOREN NEWMAN
President of Operations

Loren Newman is the President of Operations with more than 18 years’ experience. She assists with the day-to-day company operations by defining and implementing operations strategy, structure, and processes. Ms. Newman manages the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities. She monitors performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions, maintains a working knowledge of all phases of operations, and coordinates support to operations throughout the business. Ms. Newman Interviews, hire, train, and mentor the operations management team and provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team. Ms. Newman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University Dominguez Hills.

BORUCH AKBOSH
Chief Technology Officer

Boruch Akbosh has over 20 years of experience as a Microsoft Certified professional. He leads the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships. Mr. Akbosh represents the technological agenda in staff meetings. When making hiring decisions, he identifies, compares, selects, and implements technology solution to meet current and future need. He develops, tracks and controls the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations, manages and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets, creates overall technology standards and practices, and ensures adherence. Mr. Akbosh consolidates our technology platforms, create plans for each track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics, oversee all system design and changes in system architecture, and keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape. He takes the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity, work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

JESSICA TANNER
Quality Control Specialist

Jessica Tanner has four years’ experience in sales, customer service, and quality control. She is a dedicated, goal driven, hardworking professional with excellent communication skills. As a Quality Control Specialist for NMSI, Ms. Tanner maintains the database to track statistical data and trains new employees on reviewing completed inspections and internal control processes. Ms. Tanner has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

KIM GOLDSTEIN
Quality Control Specialist

Ms. Goldstein has 15 years of experience in administration, customer service, sales, inventory control, vendor/client relations and quality control. She excels at prioritizing, coordinating, and managing workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency. As the Quality Control Specialist of NMSI, she is responsible for uploading completed inspections, communicating estimated time of arrival with vendors, ensuring that all jobs are completed timely and accurately. Ms. Goldstein is highly capable of meeting a high-volume of demands from clients in a fast-paced, diverse environment. She is an organized, analytical professional with superior goal setting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ms. Goldstein has a solid reputation for having a positive impact on both internal and external support and overall productivity. She keeps a steady pace with the changes in various industries and evolving needs. Ms. Goldstein has an associate degree in Math Science from the College of Canyons.

CLIFTON JONES
Virtual Site Inspection Coordinator

Clifton Jones has over 20 years of experience leading a field service auditing team for the financial service industry. His skills in this area of expertise is unparallel. He is no stranger when it comes to this scope of work that includes providing interior and exterior residential property condition reports, vacancy/occupancy determinations, confidential document delivery, insurance restoration progress assessment, commercial lease equipment verification, and business merchant site confirmations. He joins forces with NMSI to successfully deliver virtual site inspections with the same diligence and detail.

LYNDSI STEVENS
Sales and Marketing Director

Lyndsi has over 7 years’ experience in customer service and client relations. She has also worked over 5 years in the financial industry. Lyndsi has learned the ins and outs of Social networking over last 10 years becoming proficient in brand marketing. With her work experience and studies of Sociology and Psychology at Arizona State University, Lyndsi has a dynamic and unique approach to marketing and sales that she brings to NMSI.

BRIAN WHITE
General Counsel

A licensed California attorney, and co-founder of Coast Angels Financial Consultants, LLC, for the past 14 years, Brian has represented developers, private real estate investors, and homeowners in nearly every aspect of real estate transactions, including leasing, property and loan acquisitions, primary and mezzanine financing, debt restructures, loan modifications, and foreclosures. Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts: Political Science, in 1994 from University of Redlands (cum laude) and his Juris Doctor in 1999 from the University of San Diego School of Law (cum laude). Brian has represented a private investment/development company in the acquisition of nearly $50,000,000 in non-performing residential and commercial real estate projects from various institutional lenders.

STEVE GOMEZ
Asset Manager, Certified Credit Counselor

Mr. Gomez was a property manager with 10 years of experience managing commercial real estate, but left in 1998 and became a full-time trader of equities for his own account. Steve is a NACCC certified credit counselor and has helped numerous small investors get resolutions with this approach. In 2006 Steve co-founded and managed Fed Funding Group, a student loan consolidation group. When the US government took the private sector out of student loans, Steve returned to trading full-time and co-founded TodayTrader, a trading consulting business, along with partner Andy Lindloff. Steve has been featured on CNBC and in the New York Times. He graduated from the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

ANDREW LINDLOFF
Asset Manager, Certified Credit Counselor

Mr. Lindloff has worked Coast Angels Financial Consultants for over 3 years as an Asset Manager. His responsibilities include loss mitigation, credit counseling, performance analysis, and reporting. Andy is a NACCC certified credit counselor and has helped many families with distressed mortgages find a solution. He is also a professional trader and consultant with 13 years of experience actively and successfully trading US equities. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Andy co-founded TodayTrader, Inc. in 2008, a trading consulting firm specializing in technical analysis, and traveled to China periodically to help other traders become profitable. Andy was featured in the New York Times and Barron’s online and is currently a Master Trader at Ditto Trade (online broker). Over his career, Andy has founded and successfully managed four businesses.
